Responsibilities:
As a Residence Manager, you are specifically responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Manage the daily property operations
• Direct the development and execution of strategic sales and revenue management, marketing initiatives, financial planning and analysis, and operations excellence
• Maximize profitability and ensure guest and team members' satisfaction
• Directly responsible for the success of sales & marketing, housekeeping and front office of the property including hiring, training, and assessment
• Responsible for ensuring the successful and profitable operation of the Lanson Place property in Singapore in compliance with the Company’s vision and policies
• Communicate with property owners and corporate office as required to accomplish these goals
Requirements:
• Recognized Degree / Higher Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Good command in both written and spoken English. Any additional dialects/languages (Chinese) would be an advantage
• Have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Hotel or Serviced Apartment sectors especially in Luxury Brands or properties
• Superior knowledge of service standards, sales and marketing including Internet marketing techniques and yield management
• Good knowledge of hotel financial management and accounting
• Fully conversant with Internet and email technology
• Dynamic, sociable personality, a strong leader
