As a Business Development Manager in the recruitment sector, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and foster client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
· Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment sector
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Understand client needs and provide customized recruitment solutions
2. Business Strategy:
· Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities

3. Lead Generation:
· Proactively generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach
· Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships, to identify and engage
potential clients
4. Proposal Development:

· Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company’s
