Program and Grant Management

• Support Southeast Asia portfolio and pipeline partnerships, including sourcing and evaluating

potential projects based on the framework and parameters of the Foundation’s strategy.

• Track and monitor existing portfolio of projects, including program milestones and performance

management, through grantee reporting, regular check-ins, and the Foundation’s impact

management processes and tools.

• Support organization-wide strategic initiatives and activities for the Foundation (e.g.

foundation level impact reports and initiatives)

• Conduct research and maintain expertise on grant areas which influence grantmaking strategy.

• Administrative management of grants. Plan, organize and manage grants processes to ensure

grants are executed (due diligence, approval, contract, reporting).

• Manage grants management system (including data entry, management and quality controls).

Stakeholder Engagement and Communications

• Support the Social Impact & Philanthropy team in engaging new and existing relationships (e.g.

clients, external partners, internal stakeholders) to further the Foundation’s impact objectives.

• Contribute to Foundation-related initiatives and events for internal and external audiences.

• Coordinate special projects and grants communication for clients and grant partners (coordinate

fact sheets, reporting, calls for proposals, meetings, etc.)

Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Thoroughly understand our comprehensive suite of ecommerce tech solutions
• Market research: engage with different potential B2B client types in the SEA market (brands, agencies, distributors, sellers) partially through our industry network and partially by your own outreach, to understand their needs and pain points, which solutions they are using today (the competitive landscape), and how our solutions compare feature-by-feature and overall.
• Build a model to estimate the market opportunity for different solutions and client segments
• Roadmap: Based on all info on client needs, the competitive landscape and market dynamics, industry data & trends, facilitate the decision-making process with our leadership team on which client segments and which solutions / needs to prioritize in our development roadmap, balancing internal requirements vs SaaS requirements to ensure the roadmap aligns with the overall business goals.
• Create the business case and requirements for a successful go to market

Launch:

• Develop go-to-market strategy, pricing models, messaging, and positioning strategies in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders, and successfully launch the product(s) in the market, meeting the needs of the targeted clients

Post Launch:

• Monitor the product performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product strategy as needed.
• Analyse market trends and client behaviour to adapt the product strategy to changing market conditions.

This role can evolve in a SaaS BD / GM role, or a Product Management role depending on the profile and career ambitions of the successful candidate.

You will work closely with the Head of Martech and our internal Commercial, Product and Engineering teams, and will report into the Chief Product Officer.

• 4-10 years work experience in fields with relevant transferable skills

About the Role:

As a Regional Marketing Manager you will oversee regional marketing strategies for South East Asia (SEA) and align with the SEA Go-To-Market team to deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets. This role is primarily responsible for planning, orchestrating, and delivering regional marketing programs for delivering marketing generated pipeline. In this role, you will develop vertical and regional focused marketing programs by integrating 360 degree marketing campaigns across digital, content, and

field marketing to capture and create demand. You will be responsible for amplifying the CleverTap brand through high-touch activations, events, PR, and ABM. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to define the SEA marketing strategy alongside sales leadership.

You will own the regional marketing budget and will be responsible for driving the ROI. By driving the field marketing and in-region marketing-sales alignment strategy, you will be a critical leader in establishing best-in-class practices across the organization.

What will you do:

- You will work cross-functionally to further implement and expand foundational

marketing programs and processes, and apply a region-centric strategy that supports local teams’ revenue attainment.

- Build strong relationships across the organization and even stronger relationships with your cross-functional partners within SEA and the central marketing team at the HQ with the goal to ensure that regionalized programs are smoothly, and fully, executed while sustaining high levels of growth.

- Own the entire SEA marketing business and build the demand strategy for the region that drives our growth objectives in collaboration with local Sales leadership.

- Own the Marketing pipeline number for SEA, including direct ownership of field marketing, and matrixed ownership of demand gen programs run from HQ.

- High focus on Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) generation.

- Partner with India Sales leadership and the global Marketing team to develop and build scalable and predictable programs for the SEA market.

- Own the field marketing (in-person and virtual events, webinars) plan for the region to drive demand, client engagement and brand awareness. Support and coach the regional SEA Field Marketing Manager.

- Work closely with Channels Org and Customer Success teams to drive Partner Marketing and Customer Marketing programs in the region

- Serve as the region's voice for regional nuances and differentiators to/from the field that will allow for a constant feedback loop, externally and internally, to iterate and evolve programs.

- Develop innovative integrated campaigns in partnership with the global demand gen team to deliver in-region results.

- Collaborate with the Global PR team to design and deliver PR communication for the region.

- Collaborate with Global Content Marketing to ensure regional representation on the global content calendar, including regional case studies, localised product launches, and event announcements.

- Deliver demand generation metrics and OKRs with a laser focus on data, specifically leading the local forecasting, measurement, and analysis of the Indian Marketing strategy’s impact.

- Travel regionally and interface directly with customers, prospects, and partners to support lead generation and pipeline development efforts, including hands-on involvement in the execution of live programs.

What we are looking for:

Must have:

- At least 10+ years experience in key marketing areas.

- B2B SaaS marketing experience

- Bachelor's degree required

- Proven credentials for pipeline generation strategy and execution.

- Should have worked closely with field sales and partnerships teams.

- Experience with digital marketing, events, account-based marketing (ABM)

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to work with and maintain long-term relationships with peers, customers, prospects, and influencers.

- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy.

- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High aptitude for looking at problems as opportunities, and working cross-

departmentally to create unique solutions to solve them for the benefit of the region and the company.

- Experience in the MarTech space

- Experience in implementing bottoms-up SAL-focused regional marketing initiatives

-Looking for SPM for civil, external, structural and interior fitting out works.

- To also be well verse with MEP, ACMV and architectural works. To chair meeting with client & consultant, to manage sub contractors, scheduling works. Authorities submission and laison with contractor PE for any design and submission as required.

-Develop, Monitor, update and report on project progress to ensure timely completion of work.

-Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards. Ensure workers adhere to safety regulations and are in a safe working environment.

-Liaise with sub-constructors, vendors, clients to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required regulations,contract specifications.

-Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors in daily-site activities.
