Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditures, forecasting revenue, and developing templates for managing the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast. You will also partner with business units in strategic planning and analysis discussions, providing insights on the financial impact of business decisions in accordance with IFRS, and collaborate with the corporate development team to evaluate the accounting impact of new acquisitions or corporate activities. Additionally, you will prepare monthly management reporting slides and reports and perform any other assigned duties.

skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 5 years of handson experience in full sets of accounts and group consolidation. You MUST have experience in the Yardi system. You should be comfortable working in a lean finance team. There will be a new subsidiary set up in Johor Bahru and you will be doing their books. Office is in the West of Singapore, 5 days work in office.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business Management or any related fields
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in F&B operations with at least 3 years’ experience in leading at least a market chain outlets as Operations Manager or equivalent

• High analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends in making business decisions
• Excellent computer skills in Power point, Words & Excel
