You will have the opportunity to work in a lean environment where you will be involved in the full cycle of investment and asset management such as site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment.

Your main responsibilities will include deal origination, business case proposal, deal execution, asset and fund management as well as compliance and governance.

Requirements :

You possess a Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance or Business or related field from a recognised tertiary provider and have at least 6 years of experience in related investment scope such as capital budgeting and related analysis i.e., IRR, NPV, DCF, Yields.

You possess solid understanding of financial investment evaluation and capital decision making in the Industrial or logistics real estate industry.
