About The Role

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily factory routines, handle ad-hoc tasks, and perform maintenance duties.
• Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance for various machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify essential machine components and maintain inventory to minimize machine downtime.
• Oversee spare parts storage and inventory management while adhering to cost budgets.
• Set up machines and ensure they run smoothly before handing them over to production.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance schedules, procedures, machine manuals, risk assessments, and checklists, and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Guide and train team members to improve their technical skills.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
• Assist the Engineering department with the design and implementation of new machines and production lines.
• Coordinate with vendors for job quotations and machine retrofitting.
• Adhere to the 5S principles and company safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requiremetns:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equipment and facility maintenance. Hands-on experience with motors, pumps, formulation tanks, scrubbers, dust collectors, chillers, and air compressors is preferred.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Relevant engineering certifications, such as Work at Height and Risk Assessment Certification, are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable working in hot and humid environments.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of mechanical or electrical installations and equipment. Provides general assistance in the maintenance of the company’s plant, machinery, building and associated facilities. Carries out routine inspection and servicing of the company’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, refrigeration plants and air-conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems, machinery and equipment. Monitors and keeps daily records of readings on various gauges, thermometers, pumps and other equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to correct any malfunctioning.

Job Responsibilitie

1. Design system operation and maintenance solutions and infrastructure according to the company's strategy and business development requirements, and formulate operation and maintenance work strategies and plans

2. Responsible for the personnel training and team management of the operation and maintenance team, and enhance the overall technical strength of the team

3. Deeply understand the business systems of various business lines, research, plan and establish operation and maintenance management platforms and tools that support large-scale clusters

4. Lead the team to ensure stable and safe business operation, and be able to respond to emergencies and track issues in a timely manner

5. Continuously explore and research cutting-edge operation and maintenance, infrastructure technology directions and tools to improve the delivery efficiency of the company's operation and maintenance and R&D

6. Responsible for formulating operation and maintenance and basic resource demand plans, managing and rationally using resources, and effectively controlling costs

Job Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate or above, with more than 10 years of operation and maintenance, security, and R&D experience in medium-sized or large Internet companies, and at least 5 years of technical team management experience

2. Proficient in distributed management, large-scale clusters, fault tolerance, backup, load balancing and other technologies, with in-depth and rich experience in high-availability architecture, capacity planning and difficult problems

3. Proficient in operations or infrastructure sub-fields, such as database, SRE, DevOps, information security, and cloud native

4. Familiar with AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud and other cloud platform operation and maintenance management experience

5. Possess excellent team management skills, excellent problem-solving skills and strong learning ability
