Job Responsibilitie
1. Design system operation and maintenance solutions and infrastructure according to the company's strategy and business development requirements, and formulate operation and maintenance work strategies and plans
2. Responsible for the personnel training and team management of the operation and maintenance team, and enhance the overall technical strength of the team
3. Deeply understand the business systems of various business lines, research, plan and establish operation and maintenance management platforms and tools that support large-scale clusters
4. Lead the team to ensure stable and safe business operation, and be able to respond to emergencies and track issues in a timely manner
5. Continuously explore and research cutting-edge operation and maintenance, infrastructure technology directions and tools to improve the delivery efficiency of the company's operation and maintenance and R&D
6. Responsible for formulating operation and maintenance and basic resource demand plans, managing and rationally using resources, and effectively controlling costs
Job Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate or above, with more than 10 years of operation and maintenance, security, and R&D experience in medium-sized or large Internet companies, and at least 5 years of technical team management experience
2. Proficient in distributed management, large-scale clusters, fault tolerance, backup, load balancing and other technologies, with in-depth and rich experience in high-availability architecture, capacity planning and difficult problems
3. Proficient in operations or infrastructure sub-fields, such as database, SRE, DevOps, information security, and cloud native
4. Familiar with AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud and other cloud platform operation and maintenance management experience
5. Possess excellent team management skills, excellent problem-solving skills and strong learning ability
