Job Scope
• Perform day to day maintenance execution work as per business schedule and abide to Site Game ME process.
• On field supervision and co-ordinations with multi-disciplines and contractors on day to day execution to achieve goal zero safety in execution and meeting the site quality requirements.
• Timely update the work status, closely co-ordinate and resolve field conflicts with contractors
issues and implement plan change with compliance to site HSSE and ME requirements.
• Support in maintenance shutdown planning, managing resources and materials & logistic plans. Adopting end to end follow-up and strong sense of ownership for all maintenance related matters and timely feedback to team lead for any discovery and discrepancy during execution.
- Work independently/ resolve conflicts/ issues with various disciplines and contractors on HSSE & QC matter.
- Close coordinating with operation/ contractors for timely clearances release.
- Join site Inspection with Op/ACS for critical activities, ensure safe execution of the equipment /system prior clearance releases.
- Closely field supervision on contractors safe working method & quality and provide timely interventions as and when necessary.
- Be ownership and up-keep the maintenance documentations/EQCC.
- Procurement &Logistic planning for material management.
- Up-keep critical material management database for future traceability.
- End to end follow up on the execution, to meet business milestones with goal zero in safety
- Flexi-Time adjustment for individual work duty to meet work requirements for nightshift coverage for specific durations during Furnace Recoiling event.
• End to end follow up on the maintenance execution, to meet production milestones with goal zero safety and Zero Quality finding.
• To ensure hot commissioning, startup, and run & maintain of Furnace and Process equipments are carried out as per the company Standard and procedure.
• To provide support to the planners for setting up the maintenance plan for Preventive maintenance programmed for mechanical jobs in the GSAP for Process equipments.
• Planning and Scheduling for the Reactive Maintenance work activities and resources from the GSAP work order and ensuring the plant is up for availability within ME KPI standard
without much impact to production schedule.
• To execute preventive & corrective maintenance activities as per the GSAP task in compliance with Client’s HSSE standard.
• Ensure work completed and work orders closed within the scheduled time in the GSAP and maintaining good KPI records for all maintenance activities.
• Carryout the Plant Change Request jobs and minor project to improve plant efficiency and equipments performance.
• To ensure all critical spare parts are available and maintained for the running Plant and follow up on stock proposal.
• Ensure that all the maintenance procedures, method statement and RA for all jobs are available and followed by the contractors during execution of high risk jobs to achieving the
goal zero incidents in all the maintenance activities
- Work Closely with OMC and operation on the daily maintenance activities and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and within schedule.
- Review work method statement and Johan for the high risk activities and mitigate the risk level to minimum acceptable level with appropriate control on the hazards.
- Perform troubleshooting on the problematic equipment by resume the equipment to a serviceable condition to meet production schedule or to avoid total production shutdown.
- Ensure minimum equipment downtime on the equipment which requires a complete overhaul or repair and could lead to longer production down time.
- Co-coordinating with internal/ external contractors and vendor on daily maintenance execution and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and timely.
- Plan and managing statutory equipment inspection and corrective maintenance activities during Shutdown of MOM equipment within a stipulated production schedule, budget and without compromising regulation, safety and quality. Work closely with inter-disciplines within in departments and cross functioning departments and liaising with external regulatory party (MOM Authorized Engineer).
- Executing Plan turn around and major shutdown Maintenance activities within a stipulated planned schedule, budget and achieving goal zero in safety without compromising the work quality.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical)
- Min 2 years of relevant Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Experiences in Maintenance execution.
- Candidates with strong experience in Project, Maintenance and Turnaround areas will also be considered.
- Strong in interpersonal, coordination, planning skills and fluent in English and business software (MS office, Autocad / 3D model GSAP &P6) will be added advantage.
- Able to work flexible and adapt to project schedule (Able to work extended hours, night work assignment and weekend duty base on the work requirements).
- Able to work well with a large group of diverse ethnic background people and disciplines.
