Duties:

• Responsible in supplying technical practicing as required in the area of process, maintenance, fault resolution of the Gas Engine Generators.
• Responsible in contacting with exterior investor including administration agencies on approbation and risk of closure of electrical arrangement that will influence gas-send out.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM):

• Develop and implement PPM schedules for ACMV systems.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturers’ guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect and service chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air-handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation fans, and duct systems, etc
• Monitor and maintain ACMV control systems.
• Manage the calibration of temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and pressure gauges.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and service reports.

2. Emergency Response/Corrective Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain contingency plans for system breakdowns or emergencies.
• Provide 24/7 technical support during critical issues, such as chiller breakdowns or BMS malfunctions.
• Diagnose and resolve faults or malfunctions in HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs on compressors, condensers, motors, pumps, and electrical components.
• Work closely with contractors or vendors when complex repairs are needed.
• Prepare detailed Incident reports for maintenance issues.

3. Spare Parts & Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools.
• Coordinate with procurement for replenishing parts based on maintenance needs.
• Track equipment warranties and service contracts.

4. Coordination

• Engage with building managers and tenants to address ACMV requirements.
• Participate in site audits and inspections, ensuring quality and timeliness of maintenance work.
• Supervise on-site technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance standards.

5. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Organize safety drills and routine inspections for emergency equipment like smoke extraction fans and pressurization systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation, such as safety certifications and inspection records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in ACMV system maintenance (e.g., chillers, AHUs, BMS).
• Knowledge of energy management and HVAC controls.
• Certification in workplace safety will be preferred
• Proficient in troubleshooting tools and preventive maintenance software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Good communication and coordination skills for client and vendor management
