What you'll be doing

• Lead conceptual planning, design development, tender preparation, and evaluation
• Manage construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, EHS, and WSH requirements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• 6 - 8 years of experience in facilities and project management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries
• Strong knowledge of facility design and operations for specialized environments like cleanrooms or isolation facilities
• Skilled in AutoCAD drafting and proficient in regulatory and safety requirements

• Field service work / Workshop repairs: attend site and perform field work, i.e. breakdowns, preventative maintenance, install and commissioning.
