• Setup Sensory Panel table (one day in advance)

• Prepare samples/labels/cups/bowls for Sensory Panels according to instructions provided by Panel Leaders

• Weighing and packing of samples for Beverage despatch to external Panel:

o labelling cups and sachets for each test for each panel member

o weighing out samples and adding to labelled packages

o wraping and packing all test samples for each panelist and labelling outer package

o arranging all samples for pick up and delivery

Weighing and preparation of samples for Panel, TAR and training sessions according to instructions provided by Panel Leaders:

• weighing out sample material

• preparing samples according to instructions (Eg. Add 200ml of hot water @80 degrees)

• label sample glasses/cups (to enable blind tasting)

Responsible for day to day facility operations which include maintaining uptime and operations of air-conditioning systems, carry out building maintenance, servicing and trouble-shooting.

Ensure all facilities service are smooth and uninterrupted at all time.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and distribution management systems applications;

Involved in enhancement of the software functionality and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance;

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, enhancements and fixes;

Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide timely updates on project status;

Assist client for Annual Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration (VAPT) activity and follow up on the findings;

Follow up with product supplier and vendors, test and install the system patching when necessary;

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/University;

Knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++ and Java;

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

Variable Bonus up to 6 Month depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
