Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal department, to meet objective and requirements, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project
• Responsible for conceptual and detailed design for standard and customized build automation/equipment such as material handling, process automation,fixturing, and tooling.
• Hands-on prototype assembly, testing, and qualification inclusive of troubleshooting.
• Prepare cost estimation, budget, control report and other technical documentations when required

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for daily events and long-term planning and execution of F&B events

· Responsible for all VIP visits and their good deployment

· Ensure all kitchen / F&B service team is on target with deadlines relative to upcoming events / visits

· Ensure all events / VIP visits are ORX 30 minutes prior to guests’ arrival

· Responsible for event management eg RSVP, design and print menu, name tag and tank card.

· Responsible for set up and shot videos during events, emcee and intro events.

· Responsible for weekly Academy cleaning walkthrough and follow up on campus cleanliness for events, programmes.

· Responsible for beverage control and inventory on a monthly basis

· Responsible to safeguard the Academy and its population against COVID-19 by actively checking updated government advisories and proposing/implementing new measures to secure the Academy

· Assist HOD of each department to plan and coordinate visits and events in their department

· Responsible for repair and maintenance of the Academy

· Responsible for sourcing of suppliers and contractors to provide service and equipment to the Academy

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Manage and execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration Maintenance (CM) workflows, ensuring equipment and systems are serviced and calibrated according to schedules and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement PM schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Ensure all CM activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Serve as the SAP Administrator/Expert for the plant’s maintenance activities, managing all aspects of SAP related to PM, CM, and work orders
• Oversee the SAP integration and migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions during system upgrades or changes
• Ensure SAP system configurations align with the plant’s operational needs and compliance requirements
• Provide SAP training and support to maintenance teams, ensuring that all users are proficient in using the system for maintenance activities
• Coordinate maintenance activities by generating and managing work orders through SAP, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within set timelines
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective maintenance when necessary to prevent unexpected failures or downtime
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to address any maintenance-related issues
• Ensure that all maintenance and calibration activities are fully documented in SAP and comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, including cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements
• Prepare maintenance reports, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance and reliability
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in preventive and calibration maintenance, leveraging SAP data to optimize maintenance strategies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a focus on preventive and calibration maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Expert-level proficiency in SAP(specifically in maintenance modules) with experience in SAP integration and migration projects
• Strong knowledge of PM and CM processes, including developing and managing maintenance schedules
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g., GMP) and maintenance documentation requirements
