Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Supervisor for Heavy Vehicles and Machinery, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily service operations to guarantee customer satisfaction. 6. Spare Parts Inventory:

· Place orders for spare parts as necessary to support efficient execution of service

contracts.

Qualifications:

· Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

The Aircon Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Installing the air conditioning unit, ductwork, and electrical wiring
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the unit, replacing filters, and checking for leaks
• Diagnosing and repairing any issues with the air conditioning system, such as the malfunctioning compressor or refrigerant leak
• Feasibility pre-installation design proposal as well as installation works
• Chemical cleaning and overhaul cleaning
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and providing them with information about the air conditioning system
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed on air conditioning systems, including maintenance and repair tasks
• Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field of maintenance and repair
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of related work experience
• NITEC or equivalent
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units
• Experience with split unit or VRV servicing
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing repair processes such as disassembly, clean, repair and assembly of aircraft components.
• Perform visual and dimension inspection of engine components.
• Check and certify workshop maintenance test rigs, machinery and tools records follow company procedures.
• Identify unserviceable parts, initiate parts requisitions and ensure parts are repaired according to Airworthiness and Aircraft Manual.
• Record information in a timely and useful manner in accordance with Company procedures (Quality manual, AP&P, etc.)

Requirements

• ITE holder or GCE ‘O’ Level or Aerospace Electronic Engineering.
• Good to have 2 years of Aerospace MRO Experience.
