Job Description:
AV Support
1. Support HOD ICT/General Office (GO) in handling, coordinating and overseeing day-to-day School AV set-up and services.
2. In manning/operating the AV sound system for daily morning assembly and school events.
3. Support HOD ICT/GO in AV Project implementation, vendors’ management and contracts management for MOE and school-initiated projects.
4. Assist HOD ICT/GO in ensuring MOE policies, guidelines and standards are adhered.
5. Assist and be involved in the preliminary checks and documentations required for the evaluation of AV devices and applications as well as requesting for quotations.
6. Support the HOD ICT/GO on gathering the AV needs of the school and principal. Including the propose of AV solutions that meet the requirements of school.
7. Assist HOD ICT/GO in coordinating and updating school’s AV Asset Management and loan of equipment.
8. Preparation of ITQ specifications and necessary documentation.
9. Prepare relevant AV documentations and guidelines.
1. Assist/Guide teachers for AV technical problems such as troubleshooting and AV set-up.
2. Proficient with different AV and Wifi connections require to work with AV equipment.
3. Conduct AV Training / Workshop as required with the School’s needs.
4. Conceptualise and prepare training materials (of relevance to the Training / Workshop) for staff.
5. Assist the HOD ICT/GO in sourcing and liasing with AV vendors/contractors for AV Equipment and Services based on the School’s requirements, relative to AV support and training.
6. Organize and conduct AV Training / Awareness and Usage Briefings for school staff on any AV implementations.
7. Scan and implement new AV technology tools that support teaching and learning.
8. Any other duties as assigned by the school.
Other Duties
9. Take photos and videos during important school activities / functions. Preferably proficient with Full frame DSLR Camera.
10. Able to film and create videos for school events
11. Able to, but not a must to do video live-stream for major school events
12. Perform any other duties assigned by P / VP / HOD ICT and GO.
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays (Including school holidays): 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays;

Job Requirements:
1. Educational qualification of at least ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
2. Preferably with more than 1 year of relevant working experience in primary schools.
3. Possesses basic IT skills e.g. MS Office.
4. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work both independently and as a team.
6. Able to physically move AV equipment and logistics and set-up at required locations
