What You’ll Need:

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Technician performs regular checkups on furniture, fittings and equipment and preventive maintenance on furniture , fittings and machinery, repairing them in case of breakdowns or spoiled.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested of him by his immediate supervisor.
2. Performs regular preventive maintenance works on all machines, as per a preset schedule.
3. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping acceptable levels of spare parts and special kits, tools and equipment to maintain machines.
4. Makes sure that all machine operating manuals and catalogues (physical and electronic) are available and comprehensive.
5. Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixture
6. Warehouse and logistics maintenance
7. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
8. Reports directly and promptly to Operations Director

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Diploma or Degrees in any fields
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a comparable job
3. Good working knowledge of English

Physical Requirements of the job

1. The job of the Maintenance Technician may require attending the operations (after duty hours) in case of emergencies and should always be reachable by phone.
2. It also necessitates some physical handling of products, including lifting and transportation.

• To involve in the planning and design of engineering works for building services.
• To prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical works.
• Able to liaise both end user customers and vendor and supplier for project coordination.
• Onsite support upon customer request if necessary to have first-hand look for project requirement.
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters
• Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving site problems
• To read and draw technical drawing
• Well versed in Autocad
• Material Procurement
• Assist Manager in Project Integration

Strong analytical, Problem solving & Decision Making Skill

• 5.5 working days per week. (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm)
• Basic Salary: $1800 to $2500 + $500 Attendant allowance + High OT Payout

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant experience is required
2. Full-time NEA Vector Control Technician License
3. Class 3 Driving Licence (Required, Manual Company Van Provided)
4. Able and willing to do OTs (OTs will be paid accordingly)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To carry out DETAILED INSPECTIONS and to administer appropriate pest management plans to assist with eradicating the pests and provide QUALITY SERVICES to customers’ premises.
2. Able to perform pest control works at residential, commercial, industrial & food establishments.
3. Most of the jobs will be conducted within the F&B premises.
