Ø Assist inspection and testing of electrical system to comply with regulatory requirements and company integrity program and all appropriate standards

Ø Support engineers related to electrical, instrumentation, including manufacturing and facility equipment

Ø Liaise and coordinate with contractors and external service providers when needed

Requirements:

Ø Good knowledge in electrical safety and chemical plant safety & work experience

Ø Must have possession of relevant technical knowledge

Ø Candidate must have at least a NTC or Diploma degree.

Ø Minimum 5+ years of experience in related operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and tests on welded, metal, and machined components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify welding defects and ensure proper welding techniques are used.
• Utilize various inspection tools and equipment to measure dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
• Record and document inspection results and prepare inspection reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in mechanical engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Possess a valid Welding Inspector Certificate (CSWIP)
• Experience in Machining, Metal stamping, fabrication
• Knowledge in auditing skill for ISO9001

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and technology advancements in mechanical engineering practices. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance plant performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of mechanical designs, specifications, procedures, and maintenance records. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance in Oil and Gas industries

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Sound Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Knowledge

• Knowledge of safety and statutory requirement will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated team player with analytical mind, strong planning and problem-solving skills.
