SCOPE OF WORK

· Review 4-weekly schedule to align on priority for upcoming works

· Report any pulled forward completed jobs and Break-in job tasks that cannot be completed in current week to Scheduler during weekly ISTE meeting

· Conducts frequent job safety observations at targeted work steps during execution to support flawless maintenance performance.

· Ensures proper handover of equipment to operations, including sign-off, LOTOs, PSSRs as necessary.

· Housekeeping, return of materials, refurbishments.

· Initiates follow-up activities such as the recycle of major activities and deviation from the plan activities.

· Provide appropriate feedback to craft planner on variances of planning steps in the schedule to facilitate improvement to future plans.

· Communicates and updates jobs status daily to PMC (refinery)/ Process Planner (SCP)

· Ensure and check the site condition for next day work is safe and adequate for work. (e.g. scaffolds erected that suit the work condition, etc.)

· Ensures technician capture the equipment technical histories in STRIPES / GEMS.

· Continues to explore work improvement opportunities in the area of cost and quality of repairs.

· Timely update to Area Scheduler on current week plan and feedback on barriers

· Ensure that Form of Acceptance (FOA), timesheet and Service Entry Sheets (SES) accurately reflect services rendered by Contractors at site, in a timely manner.

· Ensure Work Order is approved prior to start of work. When this is not possible due to emergency nature of work, WO should be raised by the next working day and Purchase Order issued as soon as practicable.

· For scheduling meeting, representing FLS to come prepared with all required information on behalf of his Craft

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Education background in Engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience

· Broad knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria

· Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

1) To support customer site for TP probe card on the following:

- Knowledge on prober hands on to do probe card reshaping

- Pin replacement

- All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc

2) Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / new procedures etc

3) Work with HQ planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc

4) Report / trackers update for internal and customer

5) Support other sites if necessary

6) Any other ad-hoc duties if required

· Perform service maintenance and repair work in accordance with manufacturer’s guideline

· Perform trouble shooting and carry out repair for high voltage system accordingly

Element has an opportunity for Instrumentation Engineer for Singapore

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting in designing, planning, and coordinating geotechnical instrumentation projects, scheduling control, obtaining permits for on-site installation, and setting up and commissioning monitoring

This will be a site based position in Singapore

Core Responsibilities

• Propose engineering documents for clients' approval, on-site installation and hands-on monitoring of sensors, instruments, and equipment
• Instruct supervise, manage, and monitor site personnel ensuring data processing, review , analysis, submission of reports
• Attending project meetings, schedule control, submit for permits for on-site installation, set up, and commission monitoring
• Assist in designing, planning, and coordinating geotechnical instrumentation projects, scheduling control, obtaining permits for on-site installation,and setting up and commissioning monitoring, providing input into health, safety, environmental and quality policies ensuring uptodate documentation
• Liaise and coordinate with client for installation and monitoring issues while overseeing all instrumentation works including production of method statements, project quality plan, calibration, installation, data acquisition, data verification, data processing, web database, data presentation, update of instrumentation drawings and reporting
• Shall be responsible for preparing all necessary reports as specified in the contract’s documents and client submission

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology recognised by the PE Board along with 3 years relevant experience in major infrastructure projects
• Working experience in geotechnical instrumentation and site investigation works
• Physically fit and able to withstand the challenging working conditions
• Strong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done under the most challenging conditions
• Self-motivated team player with excellent organisational and communication skills

Job Duties

• Perform all repair and maintenance works on the Hotel's lighting, power heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, kitchen, laundry and plumbing equipment.
• Check system or equipment for faults and follow up on the repair works in required.
• Monitor works carryout by contractors and ensure works are properly done, safe and secured.
• Carry out preventive maintenance work of properties.
• Ensure the fire and safety procedures are carried out at all times.

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
