Job Description

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment needed for the office.
• Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations. This includes fire safety measures, emergency exits, and first aid kits.
• Work with the IT department to set up computer networks, servers, and other technological infrastructure.
• Work with the ACS Team and ensure access control systems, surveillance cameras, and any other security measures to safeguard the office are up and functioning.
• Coordinate with the cleaning team and make sure spaces are clean before client occupancy.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans for HVAC systems, elevators, and other facilities.
• Coordinate/work with the relevant team for the installation of the signage for offices, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Set up Copy room, Comms Centre, Pantry areas, and any other employee amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are fully functional and well-stocked.
• Conduct tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other safety systems.
• Perform a walkthrough to identify and address any issues before client occupancy.
• Communicate the move-in plan to employees and provide them with necessary information.
• Establish a point of contact for any facility-related concerns.
• Be available for post-move support to address any issues that may arise after clients have occupied the space.
• Gather feedback from employees and clients to identify areas for improvement and future planning.

o Conducts activities of equipment power supply and control in order to assure the proper functioning of the plant. Moves raw material and process solvents received by Production Warehouse personnel

o Loads production equipment and conducts activities aimed to put instruments, services and plant in the right conditions to perform in the planned condition required by Manufacturing Formulas, operating procedures or Shift Manager dispositions

o Maintains a high level of cleaning in the working area dedicating parts of the working hours to housekeeping operations of the department areas and equipment following the indication of the Shift Manager/Production Control

o Contributes to eliminate inefficiencies and wastes

o During the shift controls that the work progress in line with scheduling. Assures registration of SIC (Short Interval Control) data which contributes to the control program DWOR ( Daily Weekly Operating Report)

o Analyses with the Shift Manager / Production Support unexpected causes of negative trends

o Identifies inefficiencies and wastes paying attention to quality in the operative activities and processes/products using tools of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (root cause analysis, problem solving, workshops, 5S)

o Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate

supervisor.

• Extensive experience in various downstream processes, ranging from small scale to higher scale.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving issues related to downstream manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience in Microbial downstream processes, both intra-cellular and extra-cellular, including separation and purification methods.
• Responsible for operating, optimizing, and stabilizing downstream manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) processes and adept at customer management.
• Proven experience in scaling up downstream processes from small scale to large scale.
• Train and oversee the manufacturing team, ensuring adherence to all procedures during the process.
• Hands-on experience in project-related activities, including equipment qualification and process validation for downstream processes.
• Collaborate with the QA team to prepare all process-related documents in adherence to quality standards.

Your Profile:
