Key Responsibilities:
· To ensure the seamless and efficient day-to-day operations of the assigned account, with a focus on meeting or exceeding all contractual key performance indicators. Strive for continuous improvement in service standards.
· Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to uphold the ongoing operational integrity of facilities. Address issues proactively and align maintenance plans with business objectives.
· Supervising a diverse team, including Managers, Executives, Technicians, and Outsource Service Partners/Contractors, is essential for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
· Maintain full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability, diligently working to achieve financial targets for the account.
· Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, serving as the primary liaison for effective communication and issue resolution at client sites to meet their needs and expectations.
· Ensure and enforce strict adherence to legal compliance, occupational safety, and health policies and practices.
· To support the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain full compliance with applicable legislations, subsidiary regulations, and industry standards
· To monitor and maintenance contract documentation/records, handle statutory submissions/approvals, and assist with licensing processes and audits
· Collaborate with the management team to identify and pursue business opportunities within the facilities management sector
· Provide expertise in facility design, layout, and operational requirements to assist in the establishment of new business setups. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
· Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of facility management operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Integrated facilities operations management.
- Strong technical knowledge in IFM (Hard and Soft) works.
- Minimum SIFMA Tier 4 certifications required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and accreditation processes.
- Fire Safety Manager/Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) and any relevant FM competencies/proven track record are advantageous.
- High-grade Clean Environments (Cleanroom/Data centers) experience is an added advantage.
