Job Description:

· Respond and attend to guest repair requests.

· Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.

Position Overview:

The Data Center L1 Service Operations Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of servers, networks, and appliances within the data center environment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues, escalation of complex problems, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). About The Role

This is a 1-year contract role.

Responsibilities

• Daily routine testing of parameters for wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), which includes testing for PH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) cell test, Conductivity, VOC & H2S, Fluoride, Chloride, Phosphate & Sulphate content using an Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), Cyanide, Phenol and Total Dissolved solids (TDS) from the various tanks in the plant.
• Presented and implemented a new Third-party water test standard form for lab technicians to use, that significantly reduced the amount of errors and risks of missing out a critical test when reporting to the National Environmental Agency (NEA).
• Conducted Daily maintenance and calibration for instruments and equipment throughout the lab.
