We are seeking a Laser Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage laser operations within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient use of laser technology.

To be successful as a laser operations supervisor you should have a good understanding of English and a positive attitude to learn. Having a certificate in laser technology, engineering, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor ideally in construction and sand/grit blasting industry. • Proven experience in supervising steel structure fabrication and installation works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• 6-day work week, willing to work on Sunday/PH when needed.

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - SGD 5,500 (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
