Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the pharmaceutical sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Supervisor to be part of their Production team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.

Roles and responsible of Production Supervisor:

• Ensure production area safety and discipline, and support Health and Safety initiatives.
• Oversee daily tasks of operators and maintain discipline and 6S standards in the production area.
• Coordinate production activities based on the production plan and track progress.
• Drive department performance to achieve KPIs such as material accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provide quick feedback and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address product defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in production processes.
• Suggest improvements to optimize production lines, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Supervise and support team members to meet goals and company standards.
• Participate in and promote company programs and activities.
