Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors

· Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision

· Supervise construction and civil , mechanical, piping and steel structures on site.

· Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings

· Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation

· Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans

· Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

· Responsible for all aspects of site safety

· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

· Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

· Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.

· Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

Requirements:

· Preferably with min 3 years working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD

· Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

· Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary

• Supervising and coordinating a team of mechanical workers
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Directly contributing to hands-on tasks and on-the-tools work
• Travelling between sites, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient operations
• Maintaining health and safety standards across all sites
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting as needed
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports
• Fostering productive relationships with team members and external stakeholders such as customers

Descriptions: Site supervisor -construction

Requirements: Supervision of Industrial Airconditioning and ducting installation including control panel. Knowledge of electrical control circuit and should be very hard working

Need to attend site meeting and submit progress report

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities.
• Monitor and control food management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and standard operating procedures.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Interview candidates; onboard and help in training new hires.
• Set goals and oversee work to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
• Liase and work closely with customers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays.
