Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.

* Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.

• Ensure that the school’s policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.

* Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.

* Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.

* Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.

• Assist the Manager to maintain the asset register.

* Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.

* Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.

* Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE.

* Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc.

* Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.

* Work with members of other teams as required.

* Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed.

* Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown.

* Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.

* Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors.

* Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work)

Sales supervisors of retail sales employees may:

Greet and assist customers

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers

Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

Inventory stock and reorder when necessary

Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales

Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

Formulate pricing policies and accuracy

Attend trade shows to identify new products and services

Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees

Approve contracts with vendors

Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
