Solar Supervisor

Work Week: 6 days

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Solar Supervisor to execute the project for solar panel installations on rooftops. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leading and guiding workers and be comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions, including hot sun.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist in the execution of the project assigned for solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops.
• Conduct electrical inspections to ensure systems comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper functioning and efficiency of the solar panel systems after installation.

· Make process trial run plans, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and see through the test runs' completion.

· Willing to step up and take over the operator in case of a lack of manpower.

· Work independently to lead a small team with an excellent working attitude.

Requirements:

· 3 years of relevant working experience

· Supporting Ops team in Projects

· Project Management and Report generation.

· A team leader with good communication skills

· Able to work under hot sun

· Able to guide and manage workers

• Willing to work a 6-day work week.
• Relevant electrical certification is preferred.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to support our production processes.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery
