Requirements:

3. Must have BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervisor) License and Work At Height Course.

4. Expert knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Uphold and deliver brand values and standards.
• Assist in managing all aspects of the guests' dining experience, including quality control, team member management, inventory management, and customer service.
• Train and mentor Captains and Junior Captains, fostering their development and ensuring they meet the high standards expected by the hotel.
• Participate in planning and executing events, working closely with the team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked and meet the quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a customer-oriented approach and strong patience.
• Hospitality experience is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
• Possesses a pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Holds a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The quality control’s scope of work consists of, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for Incoming, In-process and final inspection of company's raw materials, goods, end products and etc.
• Responsible for performing raw material performance Testing.
• Periodic checking of molds and dies, production tools, work environment
• Serving as management representative for all ISO related tasks.
• Monitoring of QC activities.
• To handle any customer complaints and conduct customer survey from time to time.
• To handle any government/ external authority through machinery upkeep, license renewal, drawing database management and etc.
• Assist in completing MR’s activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties from QC aspects needed from time to time.

The Successful Applicant

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years working experience as QC in manufacturing industry or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in various aspects of quality management system, eg ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & etc.
• Responsible, able to work independently & lead the team.
• Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure.

• Checking cleanliness at hawker center
• Responsible for clearing soiled dishes, clearing rubbish, and all general table-top cleaning in a hawker centre.
• Managing the plates and coffee cup supply
• Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and training
• Supervise and schedule staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and internal staff conflicts
• Order and maintain inventory control costs
• Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Follow food safety regulations
• Oversee a team of table top cleaning, dishwashing, and throw rubbish
• Plan work and coordinate activities by Supervise, instruct, and give on-the-job training to others
• Reports quickly to the supervisor/boss if any problem arises and also recommends solutions
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager/boss.
