Responsibilities

* Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

* Oversee and coach employees

* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

• Oversee electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Perform hands-on electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure that electrical systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any technical issues.
• Execute construction and maintenance activities during night shifts.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
• Address any emergencies or issues that may arise during the night shift.
