Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising the corresponding construction subcontractors and the preparation of required information for an effective system of supervision control.

Your Responsibility

Reporting to the Back of House Operations Manager, this person is responsible for the cleanliness, general appearance of guest rooms and common areas, making sure rooms are well prepared for arrivals, cleaning on departures and allowing the property to run at maximum levels of occupancy without room readiness delays.

This person will understand the PMS and will monitor it at all times and use the housekeeping tool to organize the housekeeping operation daily and weekly.

As a housekeeping supervisor, the person will conduct daily briefings and operation meetings to train and set assignments to the outsource staff ensuring their compliance with the property standards.

This person will organize schedules, prepare daily reports, inspect guest rooms for arrivals, verify and update of room status, solving for discrepancy rooms, among others.

The housekeeping team is also responsible for checking, controlling, tracking and ordering cleaning supplies, guest supplies and working with the BOH manager for doing adequate linen and supply inventories on a monthly basis. The person will work on shifts and is expected to be flexible to coordinate and cover the day to day housekeeping operations of the property. The housekeeping team will be responsible for linen management in coordination with the laundry company, trash management in coordination with the waste management vendor and pest control.

The housekeeping supervisor will be responsible to be the point of contact with the laundry vendor, the cleaning vendor, pest control, among others. It is fundamental that he or she is a great team player with the room attendants, to engage them and avoid turnover within them. We are seeking a Laser Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage laser operations within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient use of laser technology.

To be successful as a laser operations supervisor you should have a good understanding of English and a positive attitude to learn. Having a certificate in laser technology, engineering, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor ideally in construction and sand/grit blasting industry. Experience in operating lasers is a plus but not mandatory. You should also have a valid N3 license issued by the National Environment Agency (NEA), or be able to obtain one within three months of employment. Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

· Provide facial and body wellness treatments

· Provide advice on skincare

· Provide body wellness massage and face spa massage

· Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and salon

· Able to handle both Male and Female clients

Requirements

Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace

· Specialized in Facial / Body Treatment

· Have CIBTAC or CIDESCO or ITEC or NSRS or NITEC or WSQ cert will an advantage

· Good personality, hardworking & good teamwork

· Attractive commissions package

· Require to work on Sat and Sun

Responsibilities:

• Oversee steel structure fabrication and installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and motivate site workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and manpower allocation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising steel structure fabrication and installation works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• 6-day work week, willing to work on Sunday/PH when needed.

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - SGD 5,500 (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
