Job Description

The candidate will work on a wide range of tasks ranging from sales and marketing, academic program management and administration.

Academic Programme Management

• Manage various academic programmes from kindergarten level to Doctoral level, including preparing and coordinating the logistics of module registration and timetabling scheduling, internships, study awards and other financial administration.
• Provide academic and administrative advisory support services to students.
• Coordinate and assist student orientations and enrolment processes. Organize student engagement sessions.
• Review current marketing plans, response rates and KPI against project milestones and make adjustments to improve the process
• working with the sales team to create online multimedia market sales campaigns for new client development as well as increased client retention
• Work with local schools and overseas education agencies to create and design various marketing strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and above, with at least 12 years of relevant working experience.
• have experience in a similar role in B2B and B2C Marketing, Knowledge of online conference and events marketing would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns to drive results
• Knowledge of live video straming website analytical tools such as Douyin & Tiktok, KOL or online influener in Overseas Education business is preferred
• Strong communicator and problem solving ability
• Candidate must be able to communicate online with existing overseas partners and customers In Mandarin Chinese, as wel as be able to generate contract in Chinese with our business partners and customers. 95% of existing overseas partners and customers are based in mainland China, Hongkong and Taiwan area, who only speak and type Chinese during their online business enquiry. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must.
• Candidate must be able to take care of online business enquiry thru mobile app after office hours
• 6 working days per week, Over-Time arrangement at night during Monday to Saturday or on Sunday will be required during peak back-to-school seasons.

What you will be working on

The Manager’s key responsibilities include:
• Administer claims and grant disbursements
• Prepare and collate data on a regular basis for reporting
• Liaise with customers pertaining to queries and notifications
• Contact individuals to verify facts with the use of a structured workflow questionnaire and record results in a standardised format

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Principal Manager or Team Lead, the Manager will be responsible for the following:

Service Operations
• Support the supervision on the operations of the ‘One Call Centre’ (OCC) which is managed by an outsourced vendor.
• Monitor and verify OCC’s KPI achievements and ensure that necessary remedial actions are carried out promptly.
• Manage knowledge transfer activities to Customer Service Officers (CSO) and coordinate briefings and trainings conducted by Divisions
• Propose and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, quality and performance consistency.
• Support OCC officers to achieve timely resolution of cases.
• Manage case investigations and review findings on complaints/feedback related to OCC service and quality.
• Ensure prompt service recovery measures are carried out and propose corrective actions to meet quality requirements.
• Facilitate and maintain IT system access rights requests for new OCC officers.

Case Management and Reports
• Triage complex cases among divisions and ensure timely case resolution.
• Manage case investigations and prepare and incident report / review findings on complaints/feedback. Manage complicated cases and attend to customers’ feedback.
• Collate and track data/ information/ statistics for regular reports.

Knowledge Management
• Work with the Divisions to improve the contents on Service Portal to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of contents.
• Update the Case Categorisation Matrix due to new or changes to programmes/initiatives work with divisions to develop relevant knowledge articles

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in service delivery operations and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools to perform data analysis and prepare reports
• Possess effective interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, and is customer-centric

Job Description:

Customer Support

• Co-ordinates collection and collation of information on customers and ensures that customer database is updated.

• Leverages on IT system to enhance CC customer experience.

• Initiates marketing / promotion efforts to develop and promote CC courses to meet targets set.

• Assists in organising community outreach and client projects, including sub-group activities.

• Provides information and handles enquiries on CC services to the general public.

• Promotes CC membership scheme/activities/courses/events.

• Use system for booking and registration of CC services.

• Ensures that newspapers, publicity materials and application forms for activities/courses/ events are displayed on a display rack and/or shelf that is accessible to the public and out-of-date materials are removed.

Administrative Support

• Assists in preparing/ dispatching minutes of meeting for CO & GROs.

• Invites nominees to the monthly meetings to allow the grassroots leaders to observe and assess the suitability of the nominees to attain membership.

• Processes the appointment of new members into the GROs (inclusive of maintaining the membership lists) to strengthen the membership composition and re-appointment of members when the term of office ends to provide continuity of service.

• Takes on appropriate functional roles of Finance, Operations or IT Co-ordinator.
