We are looking for a team player with experience in making outbound calls to people who signed up their interest to join SPHS research studies, screen their eligibility and schedule their study visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contact potential participants by call, message, email or mail.
2. Screen participants for their eligibility.

Job Description:

• Propose and implement credit strategy and policy for retail and SME loan underwriting.
• Conduct portfolio monitoring, analysis and prepare risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends.
• Coordinate with the modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and ECL/Basel models.
• Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics.

• New product planning:

- Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.
