Role Review

The incumbents will report to the IPM Director and play a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities. Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

Baby care duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, or IDD project management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project BIM Coordinator on large-scale or infrastructure projects.
• Certified in BIM (Specialist Diploma) or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D software and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is preferred.
