Responsibilities

• Menu Execution and Delivery

• Supervise stations to deliver orders in accordance to defined cooking processes, recipe and health & safety standard

• Manage kitchen inventory levels and quality by placing orders for all food and kitchen supplies based on projected store demand endorsed by chef; and upon delivery, check to ensure quality of

• To support the projection and ordering of food and kitchen supplies by providing inventory report detailing usage & stock level, wastage and product shelf life while considering sales pattern and

kitchen storage capacity

• Oversee the setting up and cleaning of stations by staff

Requirements

• More than 8 years of strong project management experience with a proven track record (waterfall or agile model).
• Relevant knowledge on Trade systems and experience as system end user will be advantageous
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and conducting training to end-user.
• Expertise in analyzing customer requirements and translating the same into user stories, test strategy and test cases
• Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrates good work ethics and is able to adapt to changes and is able to deliver within tight timelines
• Highly detail oriented, organized and organizationally agile individual preferred.

one basis on various tasks.

Job role :

• Manage, configure and upgrade a wide variety of security technologies (e.g. FW, UTM, IDS/IPS, SWG/SEG, VPN, EPP, DLP, ATP, 2FA, PAM, etc.)

• Respond managed security technologies fault alerts and/or customer escalation

• Use strong fundamental knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP) and product-specific knowledge to perform troubleshooting on common technical issues on the managed security technologies

• Perform escalation to internal product domain experts and/or external product vendors

• Work with internal experts/external vendors to resolve technical issues

• Prepare Incident Reports on high severity incidents

• Respond to inbound Change Requests (CRs), Service Requests (SRs), Queries on managed security technologies, in a timely manner (within stipulated SLA).

• Perform regular configuration backups on managed security technologies

• Plan and coordinate Maintenance Windows with customer on necessary software patching and version upgrades.
