CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (FULL TIME )

LEAD THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL TEAM AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING THE COMPANY'S FUNDS, BUDGET, FINANCIAL REPORTING, RISK MANAGEMENT, TAXATION, INTERNAL AUDITING AND COST CONTROL.

POSSESS SOLID FINANCMANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE AND RICH PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, AS WELL AS EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A GOOD REPUTATION AND CREDIBILITY WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE COMPANY.

AT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSLEVEL, YOU NEED TO REPORT TO THE CHAIRMAN OR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND PARTICIPATE IN THE DECIDSION-MAKING PROCESS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS THE MAIN REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS.

Job Nature:

Part-Time, Permanent: 8am-12pm, Monday to Friday; Possible to transfer to Full-time in the future.

Job Description:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
2. Maintain and update procedural documents.
3. Clerical support and admin duties.
4. Monitor customers’ accounts and follow up on outstanding payment issues.
5. Perform data double entries, full set of accounts and documents archive.
6. Assist in bank account opening
7. Assist in Singapore work passes application of customers
8. Any other ad hoc duties or errands as assigned.

Job requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification, or have long years’ experience in accounting.

2. Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers & suppliers

3. Minimum 1-year double entry/book-keeping experience.

4. Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

5. Salary will be commensurate based on experience

6. Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage

7. High work ethics, and good awareness of confidentiality.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the Manager.
• Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.
• Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports
• Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
• Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
• Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
• Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
• Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations.
• Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;
• Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement：

• Bachelor degree or above
• Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers

Training Salary = $1,500

Training Period 2 - 12 weeks (clear passing criteria)

Salary thereafter $1700-$2200 per month
