Purpose of Role

▪ The Senior Executive for Volunteer Management of the Resource Development Department is an essential position to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the department.

We are looking for a Test Management Lead for our SG IT team who will be responsible for ensuring the IT QA and test goals of assigned projects can be achieved on time.

The Test Management lead will be supporting our client on testing such as Integration Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, UAT testing, database testing and others.

Job description as per following:

• Work with Product team, Business consultants and development team to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done in relation to IT QA and test management

• Writing and executing manual test cases and checks and reporting back to the team

• Writing and executing automated test cases and checks and reporting back to the team as applicable

• Measuring and reporting test coverage across all the applicable coverage dimensions

• Ensuring proper use of the testing standards and tools, propose new solutions

• Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them

• Working experience with Agile testing tools

• Working and managing 3rd party QA teams

Other requirement:

• QA/tester with ERP or legacy systems. 8 to 10 year experience, and have worked with few end to end QA cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably IT- based

• Business oriented, able to understand company’s business, or experienced with retail Supply Chain or Logistic.

• Experienced writing test cases for Manual testing

• Communication skills, able to communicate easily with the product team, testing team and development team

• Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Visio and Project) and other BPM Software skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates are expected to assist and support the Pilotage Services Department in the following:

• To administer daily roster for pilots which includes generating, adjusting, turnout additional manpower and maintaining manpower records.
• To update staff particulars and apply for leave on behalf via the HRMS.
• To verify and ensure accuracy for payment of salaries and monthly incentives.
• To administer sick and hospitalisation leave which includes timely consolidation of medical certificate, submission of medical claims on behalf, updating of medical records via the HRMS and processing of medical invoices.
• To arrange pilots for annual and ad-hoc medical checkups.
• To raise Purchase Requisition for the department.
• To serve as a point of contact regarding enquiries on staff benefits.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Diploma in any specialisation;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling administrative matters;
• Experience in PeopleSoft will be an added advantage;

Position

As an experienced IT Project Management Officer, you will be in charge of the PMO activities for IT Production Services, and will be part of the Project management services team.

The PMO is responsible for assisting and supporting the senior management of the department in their day to day activities. This primarily involves the follow up and drive transverse activities, sourcing and reporting (among others). He/She works closely with senior managers of the entity and interacts frequently with other stakeholders based in Singapore and other regions where required.

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication and relationship with all of the department teams and partners.

Reporting and Quality Assurance

• Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)

Coordination with other groups

• Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
• Coordinate with Admin department for booking travel, supplies and office materials

Change, collaboration and process

• Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with the company's compliance, security rules and controls
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
• Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
• Initiate processes for transverse activities such as new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, etc.

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

• Working in Banking environment and / or international organization will be an advantage
• Good understanding of an IT organisation and ecosystem
• Experienced in PMO activities or in a project management role (minimum of 5 years)

Technical

• Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (pivot table), MS Project
• Capablility to producie high quality PowerPoints Dcouments in terms of design and content
• Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power Point proficiency. 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining data models
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various levels of stakeholders
• Speaking French is an advantage

This role will be responsible for the Risk Management Oversight of Singapore and South East Asia, and report to the Regional Head of Risk Management, Asia Pacific Region (APR).

- Identify strategic, credit, financial, operational and reinsurance risks to which Coface is exposed with a consistent approach to the overall business strategy and develop/ implement precautions and revise current guidelines.

- Support the business in the Second Line of Defense to ensure the effectiveness of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework

- Ensure the companies are compliance with the local risk regulations and internal rules

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework is efficient and compliant with the risk management framework set out by the regulators and internal rules.

- Update/ Review and disseminate the local risk policies and standards on a regular basis / when required.

- Review the Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) program and conduct risk mapping. Track action plans and agreed control improvements.

- Oversee operational incidents to ensure that appropriate escalation takes place and mitigation are actioned

- Review and oversight the effectiveness of local Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
