Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers’ and tourist traffic, and increase tenant sales
• Plan and execute all A&P campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall, and ensure effective communication and publicity of the initiatives
• Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events
• Good grasp of digital/ social media marketing; identifying trends, insights, optimise spend and maintain good social media presence.
• Liaise with tenants on promotions/events and provide A&P assistance.
