On behalf of our client we are looking for Senior Frontend Developer

to work on one on one basis on various tasks.

Job role:

• As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for the frontend solutioning and development of software and web applications.
• You will be part of an agile team responsible for products used by the Financial Industry and MAS officers for Financial Supervision function Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Next.js while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Write well-documented code using TypeScript and JavaScript Utilize Node.js for server-side logic and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval Implement and maintain Storybook components for efficient UI development and testing Ensure the implementation of responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility Develop and maintain of unit tests for frontend components.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side APIs Optimize applications for speed and scalability Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in frontend development.

a) PCs to manage the day-to-day works assigned to the RTOs and STOs and maintain the records of their respective deployment.

b) Provide administrative support on all matters relating to the Contract including the processing of monthly progress claim payment.

c) Prepare the operations plan (template of which will be provided by the Board later) to facilitate the shutdown of watermains for connection of the newly laid watermains and capping of the watermains to be abandoned and submit for the Board’s approval 2 weeks prior to the estimated date of the linkup. The PC shall make the necessary amendments to the operations plan as requested by the Board, where necessary.

d) Monitor the appointed third-party Contractor’s site progress, performance and maintain a site record to keep track of site progression related to the watermains diversion and pipe laying works.

e) Assist to verify documentation submissions submitted by the appointed third-party Contractor to ensure compliance to the Board’s Specifications.

f) Work closely with the STO to verify the final as-built submission by the appointed third-party Contractor to ensure that the pipe alignment corresponds to the site alignment and the data are properly captured in the WNet (used by PUB to capture the coordinates of the pipe alignment) document.

g) Assist in monitoring all the required documents submission – to facilitate the handover of the complete rectification works, that are carried out by the appointed third-party Contractor.

h) The PC shall be assigned any other administrative works by the Board from time to time as may be specified.

b) Min. 3 years experience in Water pipeline project

1. To act as a Site Supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with the Building Control Act.

2. To assist the QP in carrying out supervision works on site

3. To prepare inspection and test plans which are relevant for the supervision of the projects.

4. To conduct quality control of all mechanical & electrical

5. To inspect and advise for compliance by Contractor.

6. To support in public relations works.

7. To supervise and keep independent records of day works including overall and part works programme.

8. To issue site memo to Contractor for recording of observed safety and quality non-compliance with Contract or Authorities, Services Agencies requirements.

9. To attend project meetings and draft meeting minutes.

10. To carry out site supervision and inspection of works including any off-site manufacturing/testing as instructed by the QP and/or S.O. so as to ensure that works are constructed to the required quality, accuracy and standards.

11. To monitor progress of the works on site including material supply to the site and at any off-site manufacturing/testing facilities and report delays immediately.

12. To provide standing supervision in compliance with the relevant Building Control Regulations.

13. To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including independent record of test, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, material and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities etc.

14. To check that the Contractor executes preliminary items.

15. To check service routes and Contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the QP/S.O.

16. To verify reports and claims submitted by Contractors.

17. To record all variations as instructed or approved by the S.O.

18. To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the S.O./Client/QP.

19. To check drawings including as-built and documents and report discrepancies.

20. Report on site safety, security and housekeeping.

21. Verification of the Client’s Permit To Works (CPTW) checklist completed by the Contractor including:

i. Review the CPTW and keep records of relevant documents such as Authorities/Agencies

approvals, services detection plan and etc. on site.

ii. Make yourself aware of the contractor daily site works and remind them to provide the CPTW

for your verification prior to commencing works on site.

iii. Inform the Contractor in-writing of any non-compliance identified by the CPTW and ensure that

the Contractor rectify the non-compliance prior to permitting works to commence.

iv. Inform the S.O./ QP immediately if the Contractor proceeded works on site without a valid CPTW.

22. Any others duties specified under Building Control Acts and relevant scope

23. Any other work incidental to the above and/or reasonably to be inferred from the nature of work to be carried out by the Service Provider Field staff; and,

24. Such other work as may be agreed from time to time.

25. In addition to the principal duties detailed above, the Field Staff is expected to be vigilant and monitor the Contractor performance in progress, site safety, services protection, security and hygiene.
