Assisting the IFF regional office to execute series of project, be part of the team to achieve strategic goal set by the IFF regional management team. The service is not limited to the direct reporting manager (Regional Director of IFF SEA) but also to the other functional head of IFF regional office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project, either ad-hoc or long term, in relation to

o Sales, marketing and account management

o Airfreight

o Seafreight

o Business control and analytics

• To navigate the work towards the achievement of strategic goal

• Ensuring deadline are met with proper quality

• Managing project-based P&L of the relevant projects

• Timely reporting status to the relevant PICs

• Conducting project review

• Managing inter-region, inter-company, or inter-BU activities

• Managing the relationship with stakeholders in relation to the project

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience and familiar with the principles & practise of supply chain

• Working knowledge in the international freight forwarding industry preferred.

• Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions

and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences.

• Good negotiation techniques, sales techniques, customer psychology and purchasing patterns

• Project management skills with excellent in presentation techniques

• Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, etc.

• Responsible to sending flour (packed in 25 kg) to customers
• There will be a delivery assistant to follow you - to unload goods

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Management Executive is entrusted with the outlet's daily operational and financial excellence, exercising strong leadership and decision-making skills to uphold Stuff’d operational standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

The candidate should be available for a 5-day workweek, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Outlet Operational Excellence:

1. Operational Standards and Customer Experience:

• Uphold the highest safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency levels, ensuring adherence to Stuff’d hospitality standards in all interactions.
• Oversee timely inventory requisitions and receiving procedures and optimize strategies to minimize waste production.
• Lead the team in implementing necessary changes to enhance outlet performance and customer experience.

2. Equipment and Crisis Management:

• Ensure the functionality of the outlet and equipment, taking proactive measures for maintenance and readiness to manage crises effectively.

3. Customer Engagement and Communication:

• Manage customer experiences across multiple platforms, encouraging and facilitating social media reviews and ratings.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communications.

4. Reporting and Feedback:

• Provide comprehensive and timely feedback to the Area Manager regarding outlet activities, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Safety Compliance and Manpower Management:

1. Compliance and Risk Control:

• Conduct scheduled food audits accurately and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Enforce adherence to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines for food and ingredient usage and sales.
• Communicate and ensure team members follow safe work procedures, maintaining compliance.

2. Resource Planning and Team Management:

• Assist in forecasting resource and manpower needs, and planning weekly schedules based on business requirements.
• Manage staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, escalating when necessary to the Area Manager/HR.
• Conduct on-site orientations, including safety, hygiene, and comprehensive on-the-job training for new employees.

3. Leadership and Performance Management:

• Lead, motivate, and train team members, fostering morale and facilitating succession planning.
• Set goals, provide timely performance feedback, and ensure accountability for each team member, motivating them to achieve targets.

Compliance Manager/Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish the Compliance function and put in place a compliance framework to ensure compliance with the local regulations (e.g. PSA and PDPA) and the Company’s policies
• Oversee the Compliance function and ensure that the operations and conduct of IR SG are compliant with regulatory and licensing requirements, e.g. Payment Services Act in Singapore.
• Develop manuals, compliance policies and procedures
• Key liaison officer to work with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other regulatory bodies, and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures for all compliance obligations
• Provide compliance advice or trainings to the various business units
• Evaluate regularly internal controls and compliance programs through transaction analysis, compliance reviews/ compliance framework and training sessions
• Provide information and updates to Senior Management and the Board, and apprise them on money laundering, terrorist financing and PDPA identified risks and related action plans
• Actively monitor regulatory notices and developments in Singapore and other international jurisdictions that might impact the operations of IR SG.
• Not limited to management and implementation of appropriate AML/CFT policy and procedures in line with the risk management framework and regulatory requirements and maintaining an internal reporting process for handling Suspicious Activity Reports
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned globally by management

Requirements

• Degree and above qualification are highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience working in a Compliance function in a regulated financial services institution/ Payments firm would be an advantage.
• Expertise in financial services regulation in Asia Pacific, specifically the Payment Services Act in Singapore.
• Good to have global compliance experience
• knowledge of derivatives products, platforms and regulations (preferred).
• Proven experience with dealing with regulatory authorities, with experience directly engaging with MAS highly regarded.
• Skilled at identifying any gaps in process and compliance frameworks and implement tailored solutions.
