Role Description:
This role will focus on three main areas:
Subject matter expertise for AP Credit Products: work closely with market teams and clients to
support the Head of Core Products and Segments to drive expansion of Client’s consumer credit portfolio, in line with the client 2030 strategy, driving growth in associated PV and revenue across
Core benefits management: Manage AP-led benefit programmes across markets, including both Company-funded and Merchant-funded benefits; ensure the benefits are tracked and communicated; Support markets in case of any request
Responsible for revenue target: Work closely with market teams, Sourcing, Marketing and other stakeholders in developing and exploring revenue opportunities via various benefits platforms; ensure our FY25 revenue target is on track

Qualifications
Min 8-10years or more of working experience in credit, banking, or benefits management
Bachelor's degree or above
Deep understanding of the consumer credit landscape
Solid understanding of both consumer payments and merchant business drivers, experience in working with Sourcing Team and supplier negotiation is a plus
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
An ability to engage on technical issues and concepts across multiple organization levels inside and outside company
Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate and manage diverse groups and functions organized within different organizational reporting lines
