Job Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for carrying out TADM’s role of providing fair and expeditious resolution of salary and contractual employment claims between migrant workers and their employers through a holistic case management approach. This involves:

(i) Overseeing TADM Service Centre at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Service Centre (TADM@MOMSC), ensuring seamless end-to-end case management operations, from claims lodgement, mediation to payment monitoring;

(ii) Formulating and reviewing all operations concepts and work procedures at TADM@MOMSC to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant;

• Ensure CBAs are approved at the appropriate authority level prior to commitment, and that Contracts are prepared in the agreed format and issued in accordance with project requirements;

• Prepares final accounts and closeout, manages the return and release of Securities/Bonds and Warranties.
• Gain acknowledgment of all written correspondence to Contractors and minutes of meetings with Contractors;
• Electronic storage of Contract files after completion as well as their transmission to the Home Office for retention;
• Observe HSE rules and procedures at all times;
• Ensure a high standard of housekeeping in the work area and set examples for HSSE to other employees;
• Reports hazards, accidents, property damage, and substandard actions and conditions; and
• Participate in accident investigations when required.
