The Primary responsibilities of the Housekeeping Training Assistant Manager is to train and develop the housekeeping department team members in all housekeeping policies and procedures. Experience & Education

• A minimum of Five (5) years’ experience as a housekeeper and 2 years management experience at 4 or 5-star property preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing housekeeping or similar training programs preferred.
• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry best practices.
• Keep complete knowledge of OSHA standards and Regulations, including all safety Standards and Evacuation procedures.

• Keep abreast of market trends and risks that could affect the fund performance. Implement effective daily operational controls and processes for managing of the fund.
• Present investment ideas and report the performance of the portfolio to the investment committee and work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are complied with.
• The role is based in Singapore.

Requirements:

• A master degree with an emphasis in Finance and Economics or an equivalent advanced degree preferred
• CFA, FRM and/or CAIA designations are highly desirable
• At least 5 years of Fixed Income portfolio management experience
• Outstanding commercial acumen, presentation, verbal, and strong written skills in English and Chinese as you will be required to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills can communicate effectively with multi-functional/ cross-regional teams and with senior management; Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
• Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives
• Scheduling, Monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
• Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
• Prepare and filing XBRL financial statements on behalf of Clients
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.)
• At least 5 years relevant experience with a senior role experience
• Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous
• Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) advantageous
