You will provide support to the Team Lead in developing value propositions and engagement activities to increase pooling sales opportunities and work with clients and intermediaries on the desired plan design program taking into consideration the operational aspects.

Skills & experience required

• 3+ years of business development experience in Group insurance/employee benefits
• Experience with life insurer preferred
• Equipped with HI, M5, M9 (Good to have but not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance
• Results Oriented/Goals Driven with good communication skills
• Team player with positive work
• Good level of numeracy and literacy
