Key Responsibilities

· With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.

· Lead and mentor a team of technology Microservice professionals focused on customer onboarding.

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 15 + years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· Past technical and delivery experience, preferably in a retail banking or wholesale or business banking environment.

· Have managed team size between 5 and 10

· Experience in SDLC/ Agile delivery (SCRUM)

· Directly lead and manage a team of technical teams.

· Understand and adhere to bank processes such as project governance, change control management etc...

· Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deployment queues with other teams in the bank.

• Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
• Apply data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard
• Support the strategic review and implementation of HR systems through streamlining existing HR work processes with relevant stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR system maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes and necessary education to end-users) and system changes/enhancements to maximise data accuracy and work efficiency
• Perform regular data audits and validation in supporting data integrity and consistency

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
• Preferably minimum 4 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits, prior experience in HRIS (e.g. frontier ehr software) maintenance and enhancement would be advantageous
• Highly analytical and meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
• Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, Power BI and AI knowledge would be desirable, but not a must
• A resourceful team player with excellent project management, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments
• Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review)
• Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
