Job Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager
Job Overview

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
· Act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication.
Project Management:
· Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets while balancing competing priorities.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
· Collaborate with business analysts to deeply understand stakeholder requirements, translating them into actionable plans for developers.
Team Collaboration
· Work closely with developers and analysts, providing support, feedback, and guidance to ensure optimal team productivity and morale.
Problem Solving
· Address project-related challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and maintain composure under pressure
Risk Management
· Identify, assess, and manage risks to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Process Improvement
· Continuously evaluate and refine processes to increase efficiency and team engagement.
Reporting & Documentation
· Generate detailed reports on project status, milestones, and budget. Maintain accurate and accessible documentation.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or business systems analysis.
· Proven track record in stakeholder management, with demonstrated ability to handle complex or challenging personalities.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders of all levels.
· Experience leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
· Relevant certifications (PMP, CBAP, or similar).
· Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
· Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and other Project Management tools
· Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) Solutions
· Experience in Salesforce and other Enterprise CRM platforms
· Background in the higher education sector, with an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
