Your Role

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with a multi-disciplinary team, across teams from design to manufacturing to operations. You will need to work in Singapore. Remote work is not an option.

Your Job Scope

• Manufacturing Plan: Coordinate with engineering and production departments to develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products, by drafting work instructions & test plans, preparing BOMs, communicating to suppliers and training manufacturing personnel.
• Technical Support and Diagnosis: Technical support and troubleshooting of production issues related to equipment, processes, quality, controls, and systems. Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for these issues

Desired Qualities

Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
2. Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
3. Preparing tax computation for GST
4. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
6. Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
7. Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
9. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Responsibilities

• Support and provide mechanical engineering design
• Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
