Job Description

The responsibilities in supporting product development team include but are not limited to:

· Participate in ideation, conceptualization, design and iteration, verification and validation, manufacturing support for new product pipeline involving firmware.

· Involve in design reviews to identify issues and derive robust solutions that meet the intended use, safety and effectiveness, as well as quality of the product.

· Collaborate with manufacturing partners to communicate design concepts, technical and/or business trade-offs, and engineering solutions.

· Perform firmware engineering tasks including:

Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible to operate the plant equipment to manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in OSP, based on established Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, change out and charging operation as per SOP.

• Monitor process operation, trend and alarm using Delta V control system..

• Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
• Responsible for preparation and cleaning of equipment for maintenance work
• Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations.
• Report all actual, near misses and potential accidents for further investigation.
