Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics)
• Experience working in the mechanical engineering field
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs
• Ability to run simulations and analyse test data
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• About 2 years field technical experience in Semiconductor environment. Other industrial with good equipment knowledge is welcome
• Experience in troubleshooting of PC base fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial
• Good knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting method/skill.
• Good knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Work with Supervisor, Manufacturing, and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency are meeting the requirements.
• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.
• Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.

Qualification

• Diploma in a technical discipline or NTC3 in a technical discipline with work experience

Experience

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Competencies Preferred

• Experience in assembling and testing mass spectrometers
• Chemistry background

• Reporting to Group Internal Audit Manager

• Plan and execute internal audit activities - operational and compliance audits

• Review integrity of operational data and compliance with established policies and procedures and / or applicable laws and regulations

• Identify internal control weaknesses, operational issues and business inefficiencies

• Recommend appropriate solutions that can address root causes and add-value to the Company based on best practices and corrective actions

• Prepare reports for all level of key stakeholders and senior management

• Prepare audit work papers to support audit test work and conclusions

• Conduct special audits or ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business, or equivalent (such as ACCA, CA)

• Other professional certification (CA/CISA/CFE/CRMA) would be advantageous

• At least 3 years of proven experience in internal audit, risk, compliance and governance role in a manufacturing environment

• Exposure to regulatory requirements (financial reporting, human resources, tax, EHS)

• Independent, self-driven and occasionally travel overseas to conduct audits or related activities (if required)

• Experience with SAP would be advantageous

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Job Description

• Program management of specific products to meet customer requirements

• Cost management (est. cost < budget cost) of specific projects

Job Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist Project Manager to supervise project(s) comprising design, purchasing, quality control, production, and commercial.

· Coordinating drawings approval between classification, designer, and third parties

· Recommend, review & approved design specific cation

· Responsible for the execution of works control as per the project schedule that is planned by the Project Manager or himself

· Clients facing from start to end of the project be it site inspection/feasibility/visits, operational requirements such as solar system design and execution

· Vendors management to ensure project on schedule

· Provide inputs on accomplished schedules, manpower, machinery, and equipment status to the Project Manager as well as project progress reports

· Costs benefits analysis on proposed projects designs and suggesting cost reduction analysis for solar systems

· Administrative files and documentation where applicable

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in mechanical/structural/civil/related engineering discipline/renewable energy

· Min. 2 years of relevant experience in the similar industry/fields handling HDB related projects/renewable energy/solar photovoltaic

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts clearly & effectively

· Effectively bilingual to liaise with non-English speaking clients

· Proactive, energetic, adaptable, analytical &problem-solving abilities
