The Site Engineer (Civil) is responsible for assisting the PM on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project. He/She will be required to:

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise Workheads/Foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical diculties.
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining middleware products, including but not limited to IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, JBOSS EAP, IBM HTTP servers, Oracle HTTP servers, and IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ). This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and maintain middleware products (IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, JBOSS EAP, IBM HTTP servers, Oracle HTTP servers, IBM WMQ).
• Install, configure, and maintain JBOSS EAP, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Oracle WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ).
• Assess system needs, identify appropriate changes, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform middleware system administration tasks, including troubleshooting, monitoring, problem resolution, system security, and change implementation.
• Plan, prepare, and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades for JBOSS EAP, WMQ/WAS, and other middleware platforms.
• Assist with high-level debugging, including heap and thread dump analysis, to support application teams.
• Provide detailed documentation for middleware installations, configurations, and administrative processes.
• Work individually or as part of a team on system projects related to UNIX, Linux, Windows, and application support.
• Provide on-call support for middleware systems as required.

Experience Required:

• 6+ years of experience managing middleware platforms, including IBM WebSphere Message Queuing, Application Server, JBOSS EAP, and Oracle WebLogic.
• Strong UNIX/Linux operating system administration experience.
• Deployment and administration of JBOSS EAP in enterprise environments.
• Experience deploying clustered, highly available middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with database integration is a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks is an advantage.

• Prepare project execution and quality plans, projects plan of works, initial projects safety review, initial projects environmental review, and project control system.
• Coordinate with project managers, discipline engineers, designers, drafters and field staff, and ensure consistency in execution of project activities.
• Organize and conduct project meetings, technical, and progress reviews.
• Initiate and complete projects close-out and archiving.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• To be register as technical personnel for BCA Registration
• Ad- hoc duties assigned

• Must possess at least a recongized Degree in Engineering (Civil)
• Must possess good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Have excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good team player and customer-focused, able to work with all levels on site.
• Able to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.
