• Reports any deviation from company standard specification and practices, concept change to Department manager and seek his approval on the solution.
• Visits suppliers, checks and tests Electrical items to ensure that they function as per specifications.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (Power System preferred).
• Minimum 6 - 12 years of relevant working experience in Electrical engineering (Power Distribution System) in oil and gas sector.
• Familiarity with FPSO/FSO and working experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
• Possess an understanding of the specific technical requirements of the assigned project specifically to Offshore and understand Industry Standard, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To be an architect to design complex solution for Palo Alto, Infoblox and LogRhythm

· To do compliance, BOM, man days calculation and SOW

· Providing more complex Professional Services including project management, logistic management, project planning, configuration and implementation, testing, integration and migration, and network documentation

· 24 x 7 level 1/2 field engineering support including swift response to customers, troubleshooting and resolution service and preventive maintenance work for customer network

· Training new and junior engineers for Palo Alto and to lead the junior engineers

· Assist in doing POC and proposal for customers, as well as setting up of CARM lab

· Conduct firmware regression test on new equipment prior production

· Continuous upgrading of self-knowledge and acquiring skillsets in DNS (Infoblox), IPAM (Infoblox) and SIEM (LogRhythm)

· Will be expected to handle multiple projects at anytime

· Expected to take up expertise for pre-sales role for Infoblox and LogRhythm; including taking up training and presentation

· Proof of concept deployed and follow up closure

Network Lead will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems. He/She manages project resource allocation and develops infrastructure implementation, operations and maintenance engineers; scopes out policies and sets performance expectations. Experience in leading a team of 3-5 network engineer. A relevant IT degree and CCIE is preferred.

• Support technical system analysis to determine the extent to which solutions perform “as required” to ensure that future solutions meet anticipated demand
• Support the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that adhere to current architecture standards
