Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all production activities to meet production schedule in Batam.

· Review the production processes and manage the budget to eliminate wastage and achieve cost effectiveness.

· Implement continuous improvement plan to improve operational efficiency.

· Ensure operations comply strictly with production procedure, safety and quality standard, and meet regulatory requirements.

· Work with other department in standardization and cost reduction.

· Manage ISO and customers audit.

· Train and improve the skills & abilities of production staff.

· Formulate annual budgetary and production plan.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

· At least 10 years of working experience in production department, with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill.

· Be culturally sensitive.

· Proficient in Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking).

· Knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN concept is an added advantage.

· Past working experience in strong regulatory compliance organization is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of Production Equipment Uptime and Maintenance, doing Repair & Service.
• At all time, follow Operation, Quality & Safety regulations, while maintaining the Equipment.
• Check Equipment hardware, socket and handler device setup at start of shift.
• Troubleshooting for the Handler when alarm occurs. (Site jam, device missing, machine overheat, machine timeout, double tray…etc).
• Write down record per shift and report to the Operation Supervisors.
• Monitor the Equipment/Handler performance for highest performance.
• Change the hardware with preventive maintenance team when necessary.
• Set-up. (Alignment, maintains down sites, change Device setup, adjust offset…)
• Check & verification of the traveller data is correct (step by step).
• Follow OJT & SPEC procedures to perform the required tasks
• House keeping at end of shift, and teamwork with operation to ensure quality & safety.
• Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting) (Tester, Handler and Final Test Backend Equipment/Tools)
• Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry
• Willing to work in Cleanroom environment
• Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), or
• Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), when business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Before testing the lots, operator request technician / Sr. Operator (Test) to countercheck the diagnostic to run the program.
• Brings the Pass chip trays to the work bench for quantity check on each tray.
• Collect the finished products separate the good chips and reject chips.
• Complete the Error Code Collection Form at Low Yield.
• Complete the Outgoing Inspection Checklist.
• Count the materials QTY.
• Double check inputted information.
• Enter information on the corresponding fields using barcode scanner.
• Inspect the outgoing materials for production.
• Label the Reject/VISL chips and write down the number of bad chips.
• Materials pack out. (Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label)
• Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label when necessary.
• Prepare and fill in the traveller.
• Prepare and print out label.
• Prepare the chips for OOBA.
• Put tray and material on Handler.
• Test operator clips a GREEN clip on each tray of passed chips and a RED clip on each tray of reject chips.
• Verify the traveller information with the materials.
• Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

• Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry
• Willing to work in Cleanroom environment
• Basic English language skills (Able to read and write)
• 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
