12. Supervise production teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience 5 years in project and production management.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing/ automation projects is considered an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and production methodologies.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
